More than seven million 10p coins featuring King Charles's portrait are now entering circulation across the UK. The Royal Mint said this is the first time 10p coins with the King's image will be available, starting from August 25. These new coins, which also feature a capercaillie bird on the reverse, are being issued because of a rise in demand for the denomination.
