Michelin-starred Nottingham chef calls for a cut to restaurant VAT

Sat Bains, who runs a two-star Michelin restaurant, said reducing the 20% tax would help struggling hospitality businesses. He said it's the hardest trading environment in 20 years, with the high cost of living making people more cautious. The government said addressing business costs and living costs are both important.
