Meta plans to cut 350 jobs in Ireland

Hundreds of employees in Ireland are facing job losses at Meta, which owns Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The tech firm informed its global workforce last month it would cut 10% of jobs, affecting roughly 8,000 staff worldwide. These reductions will impact about 350 of Meta's 1,800 employees in Ireland, following early morning emails to affected staff.
