Mercedes F1 adds 24 new parts, Ferrari 40, Wolff says.

Mercedes' F1 car was fastest for the season's first six races, but its performance has dropped off badly since late May. Mercedes has spent less on upgrading its cars than rivals like Red Bull and Ferrari, according to team boss Toto Wolff. The team has only fitted 24 new parts compared to Ferrari's 40, to stay within the $215m budget cap.
