Mark Cuban predicts AI data centres will become redundant

Tech billionaire Mark Cuban thinks many new AI data centres will become redundant as the technology gets more efficient. He believes companies are overspending on infrastructure, comparing it to the dot-com bubble's fibre network build-out. Cuban, who co-owns a pickleball team, joked that the unused centres could be converted into courts.
