Man dies saving woman in Yorkshire sea
Mark Ratcliffe, 67, died on Friday while attempting to rescue 45-year-old Sarah Keeling and her 15-year-old daughter Grace from dangerous seas at Withernsea, East Yorkshire. Police responded at 3:15pm after reports of people in difficulty in freezing conditions. Both Ratcliffe and Sarah Keeling's bodies were recovered, with Grace still missing despite ongoing search efforts. Family described Ratcliffe as a 'true selfless hero with a heart of gold' who was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who tragically lost his life trying to save others.
