Man badly hurt after falling from plane

A worker suffered serious arm and leg injuries after falling from an aircraft at Manchester Airport. Air accident investigators were sent to the scene on Saturday, April 11, after paramedics responded around 8am. The man was believed to be a contractor working for Jet2, whose plane was bound for Tenerife.
