Majorca airport strikes could cause easyJet baggage delays

Holidaymakers flying to Majorca, Ibiza, and Menorca face potential travel disruption due to planned strikes by airport workers starting July 27. The industrial action, involving staff who maintain baggage belts and other airport systems, could lead to delays at baggage carousels and slower aircraft turnarounds. Palma Airport is advising passengers, including those flying with easyJet, Ryanair, and Jet2, to travel with hand luggage only.
