Rape convictions: Hampshire judge's sentence sparks victim outrage.
Two teenage girls say they feel let down after boys convicted of raping them were allowed to stay out of custody. A judge in Hampshire gave youth rehabilitation orders to three boys aged 14 and 15 after attacks on two girls, with one victim speaking publicly on 24 May. One girl, now 16, said the ruling felt like “a rock straight in my face”.
