Allianz leads AXA in insurance AI ranking
Customers see faster automated insurance services as companies reshape jobs and systems with artificial intelligence. In the Evident AI Index, Allianz overtook AXA to rank first in insurance AI maturity, with a workforce 28% larger and around 900 AI applications. Across the sector, overall staffing fell by 2.2% in a year, while recruitment for AI specialists climbed by 32% as firms shifted focus towards automation.
