F1’s new era begins: 2026 cars hit the track at Albert Park tonight
The 2026 F1 era finally awakens! In exactly 60 minutes, Free Practice 1 kicks off at 01:30 GMT, marking the debut of the radical new regulations. While the UK sleeps, the roar returns to Albert Park. Stay tuned for Practice 2 at 05:00 GMT this morning. The weekend continues with a 01:30 AM Practice 3 and 05:00 AM Qualifying on Saturday, followed by the main event: the Australian Grand Prix at 04:00 GMT this Sunday, March 8.
