Lucy Rigby returns to City minister role after May's Treasury exit
Andy Burnham moved Lucy Rigby back to the Treasury job after her spell as chief secretary to the Treasury, a post she took in May. Emma Reynolds, a former City minister, becomes chief secretary, while Rachel Blake, the MP for Cities of London and Westminster, has left the government. The reshuffle also leaves Number 10 yet to confirm whether Torsten Bell and Dan Tomlinson will keep their Treasury roles.
