London Tower Residents Fear Disaster as Scaffolding Stays Up

London Tower Residents Fear Disaster as Scaffolding Stays Up

The metal and wooden structure blocks natural light and windows, and has brought security and vandalism problems. One resident says her teenage son's bedroom is almost completely dark.
