Five big US banks report strong earnings on Tuesday
The latest financial results from JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, and Goldman Sachs were all published on Tuesday morning. JPMorgan's CEO Jamie Dimon said every major business had record revenue last quarter, noting the US economy's resilience. Bank of America's CEO Brian Moynihan also called it one of their strongest quarters, with double-digit net income growth across all segments.
