Liverpool winger Victor Munoz wins World Cup despite injury setback
Victor Munoz became the first Liverpool footballer still playing for the club to secure a World Cup victory after Fernando Torres and Pepe Reina. The 23-year-old winger recovered from a calf injury during the tournament but didn't play any minutes for Spain. Munoz, who signed for £34m in June, is now expected to bring his winning mentality and experience to Liverpool.
