Linda Noskova wins Wimbledon, defeating Karolina Muchova
Linda Noskova, the ninth seed, secured her first Wimbledon title in a dramatic all-Czech final against Karolina Muchova, the tenth seed. After losing five consecutive games and squandering five match points in the second set, the 21-year-old showed resilience to win the deciding set.
