Life-extending breast cancer drug Enhertu now on NHS in England

Enhertu is now available on the NHS for women in England diagnosed with a particular form of incurable breast cancer. On average, the medication extends patients' lives by nearly seven months, and some individuals may experience an additional three years of life. The Enhertu decision affects about 1,000 women a year and comes after campaigners pressed for access since 2024.
