Flight cancellations: Get refunds, rebooking, or compensation

Flight cancellations: Get refunds, rebooking, or compensation

Passengers whose flights are cancelled or significantly delayed have several rights. For cancellations, airlines must offer a full refund, including for connecting flights, or a replacement flight to their destination. Delays of two hours or more can lead to assistance with costs, such as refreshments. Compensation may also be due for delays over three hours or cancellations given less than 14 days' notice, depending on the reason.
