Families on universal credit with more than two children will get extra help with nursery costs by next April, the i Paper reports. Parents can already claim back 85% of childcare costs while working, but support is currently capped at £1,836 a month for two or more children. Lifting the cap will add up to £736 for each extra child, helping larger families into work.
