Labour's PIP review draws criticism for easing disability benefit claims
A Labour review is considering making Personal Independence Payment (PIP) easier to claim, with a "light-touch" initial assessment and more digital services. Helen Whately, the Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary, voiced criticism of the proposals, stating they would neither address abuse nor generate savings.
