Burnham warns terror still threatens democracy on 9/11 anniversary

Prime Minister Andy Burnham marked the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, stating that terror "still knocks at the door of democracy". He recalled messages of support from 9/11 victims' children after Manchester's terrorist attacks during his time as mayor. Former Prime Minister Sir Tony Blair also reflected on the day, calling it the worst terrorist attack ever.
