Labour deal keeps 15 hereditary peers in Lords.

A deal means the full removal of hereditary members from the House of Lords won't happen. Labour offered Conservatives a deal to convert 15 hereditary members into life peers, in return for them retiring some existing life peers. The 92 hereditary seats were set to be scrapped when the current Parliament session ends in May.
