Oxford NHS maternity leaders ignored staff concerns
Maternity leaders at Oxford University Hospitals failed to listen to staff raising concerns about care, according to a new report. Baroness Valerie Amos, who chaired the review, said there was an "arrogance" and a belief in an "Oxford Way" of doing things. The report detailed issues like dirty corridors, a lack of basic care, and staff being overworked.
