U.S. Music Sales Hit $11.5 Billion in 2025
The robust music economy supports over 2.5 million jobs for Americans and provides significant contribution to the US GDP. The recording industry achieved a new high of $11.5 billion for American sales during 2025, boosted by streaming and vinyl records. Subscription streaming services alone brought in around $6.4 billion of this total.
