Doctors told to listen more to women's pain
A new government plan means doctors in England must listen more to women's pain and experiences. Health Secretary Wes Streeting relaunched the strategy, saying the NHS 'is failing women' by often 'gaslighting' them. It will ensure women get proper pain relief for invasive procedures and help reduce long waits for endometriosis diagnoses.
