Dave Billings builds £20,000 jet bunker in garden

A unique underground shelter could provide families safety from radiation and other dangers if war ever reaches the UK. Engineer Dave Billings, aged 44, is converting a £4,000 Boeing 737 jet fuselage into the £20,000 bunker. It's to be buried in his Hilton, Derbys, garden, with his seven-year-old son, Oliver, handling decoration.
