400,000 migrants could get £1,000 to leave UK
Taxpayers could see significant savings if Reform UK's plan to reduce migrant numbers is implemented should the party gain power. Nigel Farage introduced the proposal today, which includes offering up to 400,000 migrants £1,000 each to depart Britain voluntarily. Reform estimates this scheme, costing £400 million plus flights, would save taxpayers £14.3 billion across the coming parliament.
