Kerridge says pub business rate cut won't fix hospitality crisis

Chef Tom Kerridge believes Prime Minister Andy Burnham's newly announced cut to business rates for pubs and clubs is a positive step, but says it won't solve the industry's problems. Kerridge, who leads the "VAT's the Problem" campaign, argues that a reduction in VAT from 20% to 10% is the key issue.
