Kent meningitis outbreak reaches second university as vaccinations begin

A severe meningitis B outbreak in Kent has spread to Canterbury Christ Church University, bringing the total number of linked cases to twenty. The UK Health Security Agency declared a national incident following the deaths of two young people. The cluster is connected to a Canterbury nightclub where infected individuals gathered in early March.
