Charlotte Bankes eliminated from snowboard cross quarter-finals
Team GB suffered another missed medal opportunity as Charlotte Bankes exited the snowboard cross competition. The athlete was eliminated during the quarter-final stage, continuing what is described as her Olympic hoodoo. Bankes commented that she had hoped to produce a better display during the event.
