Starmer condemns boys spared jail after rape case
Keir Starmer has called the decision to spare two teenage boys jail for raping two girls "appalling." The 15-year-old boys raped the girls in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, during separate attacks in November 2024 and January 2025, receiving youth rehabilitation orders. Law officers are now urgently reviewing the case, which one victim described as a "rock straight in my face."
