Mandelson Could Walk Free While US Sits on Key Evidence
Scotland Yard's criminal probe into Lord Peter Mandelson, arrested in February over alleged misconduct in public office linked to Jeffrey Epstein, has stalled. The US Justice Department is withholding key Epstein files despite Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley travelling to Washington in March to request them. The formal legal process to obtain the documents could take over a year.
