A High Court judge has thrown out a claim brought by more than 13,000 London black cab drivers against Uber. The drivers alleged the app misled Transport for London about its booking system between 2012 and 2018. Mr Justice Birt ruled the case was brought too late, saying cabbies knew enough about Uber's operations years earlier. Uber welcomed the ruling and called the matters closed.
