Stanford AI Model Predicts Diseases Using Sleep Data
Sleep data analysis can now predict over 130 illnesses, thanks to Stanford University's new AI, SleepFM. The open-source model uses polysomnography (PSG), the established method for sleep analysis. Physiological signals recorded during sleep are examined by SleepFM. This offers possibilities for enhanced disease prediction in healthcare. Testing covered more than 1,000 disease types. NVIDIA also launched an open-source automatic speech recognition system for immediate voice applications.
