Fuel Rationing Plans Ready if Shortage Hits

The UK government has detailed emergency fuel rationing plans if Middle East disruptions cause severe shortages. Ordinary drivers could face purchase limits and shorter petrol station hours. Under the National Emergency Plan for Fuel, emergency services, utilities and public transport would receive priority fuel access before the general public.
