Mandelson's Personal Phone Messages Sought by Cabinet Office

The Cabinet Office will ask Lord Mandelson to hand over messages from his personal phone as part of document disclosure related to his appointment and sacking as UK ambassador to the US. Officials currently only have access to his work phone. The request covers messages with Labour ministers and former No.10 chief of staff Morgan McSweeney, dating back to summer 2024.
