Israel carried out more bombings in Lebanon on Wednesday, a nation Israel and the US say isn't part of the agreement, while Iran also stopped oil tankers. Separately, Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a frigate from his Black Sea Fleet to escort two "shadow fleet" ships through the Channel.
