IRGC vows 'most ferocious' attack in its history after Khamenei killing

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a statement on Sunday promising what it called the most ferocious offensive operation in its history against US bases and Israel, following the killing of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The IRGC said the hand of revenge for a severe, decisive and regrettable punishment for his murderers would not let go of them. Iran's Cabinet also warned the act would not go unanswered. The IRGC, Armed Forces and Basij forces pledged to powerfully continue the path of their leader.
