Iran warns Gulf neighbours against joining US economic war

Iran's security chief Mohsen Rezaei has threatened "earthquake-like" retaliation if US President Donald Trump takes further action. Tehran warned Gulf neighbours to avoid participating in Trump's "economic D-Day" sanctions, designed to harm Iran's financial interests. Rezaei stated that if neighbouring countries align with the US, no oil will be exported from the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz.
