Iran threatens to destroy OpenAI’s $30bn data centre in Abu Dhabi

Iran’s IRGC released a video showing satellite imagery of OpenAI’s $30 billion Stargate AI data centre in Abu Dhabi, threatening its ‘complete and utter annihilation’ if the US attacks Iran’s power grid. The video revealed the facility’s exact desert location with the message ‘Nothing stays hidden to our sight, though hidden by Google.’ Iran has already damaged Amazon AWS data centres in the region and named 18 US tech firms as targets.
