Iran is threatening to seize vessels that break its transit rules in the Strait of Hormuz, hours before Washington's new sanctions land. Oman's foreign minister travels to Tehran on Tuesday to continue talks on jointly managing the waterway, including possible transit fees and fixed routes. Both sides missed the ceasefire deadline last week, closing the formal route to a truce.
