Iran shuts Strait of Hormuz again over Israeli strikes on Lebanon

Iran has suspended tanker traffic through the Strait of Hormuz after Israel launched what its military called the largest coordinated strike of the war on Lebanon, hitting over 100 Hezbollah targets within 10 minutes. The IRGC-linked Fars news agency said two tankers had been allowed through with Iranian permission before passage was halted. IRGC commander Gen. Seyed wrote on X that 'aggression towards Lebanon is aggression towards Iran'.
