Iran brands any country backing US sanctions an enemy
Iran has declared that any country joining new American sanctions will be treated as an enemy, as Washington prepares to announce further economic measures on Monday. President Masoud Pezeshkian admitted on Sunday that Iranians are dealing with many problems, an acknowledgment of the pressure on its economy. Neither side shows signs of compromise on reopening the Strait of Hormuz after both abandoned talks last week.
