Finding your first job can be really tough, but some young people who struggled are sharing their best tips for finally getting hired. They found success by making sure their CVs were tailored, reaching out to people in their dream roles, or applying face-to-face. One person, Clover Nelson, even got a retail job after three years of unemployment by applying in person.
