Indian snack giant Haldiram's to open London store

India's largest sweet and snack brand Haldiram's is opening its first central London restaurant in Leicester Square. The 3,000 square foot venue will serve north Indian classics like choley bhature, pao bhaji and raj kachori, alongside a retail counter selling packaged sweets and snacks. The 88-year-old brand from Bikaner already runs a Southall manufacturing site and sees London as a launchpad for European expansion.
