India: Chief Justice's 'Cockroach' Insult Fuels 15 Million Followers

For millions of discontented young people in India, a new online satirical movement has emerged as a means to express their anger. Abhijeet Dipke founded the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) subsequent to the chief justice's analogy comparing unemployed youth to cockroaches. It quickly gained a significant number of Instagram followers, surpassing the BJP's 8.8 million, with reports ranging from over 10 million to over 15 million.
