Teenage Girl Arrested in Connection with Swindon Woman's Death
Police in Swindon have arrested a 13-year-old girl following the death of a woman. The woman, in her 50s, was discovered at a residence on Baydon Close, Moredon, on Friday evening. Officers were called to the address following reports of a disturbance. An air ambulance attended, but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. A crime scene is in place as investigations proceed. Detectives have stated they are not searching for additional suspects; the teenager remains in custody.
