Wales minister pledges free social care, same-day mental health support.

Wales's deputy minister for social care, mental health and women’s health has announced plans to improve access to social care and provide same-day mental health support. Delyth Jewell committed to advancing a National Care Service for Wales, aiming for social care that is free at the point of need. A Women's Health Summit will also be held later this month, focusing on tackling the normalisation of pain.
