NHS cancer blood test trial misses main goal

A big NHS trial of a new blood test for over 50 types of cancer didn't meet its main aim to find late-stage cases earlier. The Galleri test, designed by GRAIL, was given to 142,942 patients over three years, with results shared in Chicago. It aimed to reduce diagnoses at stages three and four, but didn't statistically achieve this.
