The British driver didn't even speak to other teams before extending his deal, calling it an incredibly simple choice. The 26-year-old secured his first world title with the outfit last season and currently trails Mercedes rival Kimi Antonelli by 83 points. Despite a difficult start to the current campaign, he recently won back-to-back races in the Netherlands and Hungary.
